1. Eligibility

• Participants must meet the age and category requirements as mentioned in the trial or tournament guidelines.

• Players under 18 years must have consent from a parent/guardian.

• False or incomplete information during registration may result in disqualification.

2. Registration & Fees

• All players must register through the official HCL website or authorized representatives.

• Registration fees (if applicable) must be paid in full before the trial or tournament.

• Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless the event is canceled by HCL.

3. Code of Conduct

• Players are expected to maintain discipline, honesty, and respect towards officials, coaches, and fellow players.

• Any misconduct, cheating, or violation of rules may lead to immediate disqualification without refund.

• Alcohol, drugs, or any prohibited substances are strictly banned during trials or tournaments.

4. Selection Process

• HCL ensures a transparent and merit-based selection process.

• Decisions made by selectors, coaches, and officials will be final and binding.

• No request for reconsideration or external influence will be entertained.

5. Matches & Events

• Players must report on time as per the trial or match schedule.

• HCL will not be responsible for travel, lodging, or personal expenses unless specifically mentioned.

• Players must bring their own cricket kit unless otherwise informed.

6. Media & Publicity

• By participating, players grant HCL the right to use their name, photos, videos, and performance highlights for promotions, media coverage, sponsorships, and advertising without additional consent or compensation.

7. Liability & Disclaimer

• HCL will take all necessary precautions to ensure safety but will not be liable for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings during participation.

• Players are advised to have personal medical insurance.

• Participation is entirely at the player’s own risk.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

• Personal information collected during registration will be handled as per our [Privacy Policy].

• By registering, players agree to the collection and use of their data for league management and communication.

9. Termination

• HCL reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player’s participation for violation of these terms or misconduct.

10. Amendments

• HCL may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. All changes will be posted on the official website with a revised “Effective Date.”

11. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
