Racism of any kind has no place in our league. We are determined to create a space where every individual — whether a player, coach, official, staff member, or spectator — is respected and celebrated, regardless of their race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, or cultural heritage.

Zero-Tolerance Policy

HCL follows a strict zero-tolerance approach towards racism. This covers, but is not limited to:

• Use of racial abuse, slurs, or gestures.

• Mocking cultural practices, accents, or religious beliefs.

• Offensive chants or crowd behavior directed at individuals or groups.

• Unfair treatment or discrimination in team selection or participation.

Anyone found guilty of racist behavior will face disciplinary measures, including suspensions, fines, match bans, or permanent exclusion from the league.

Speak Up — We’re Listening

If you are subjected to or witness racist behavior, we urge you to report it immediately through:

• Directly contacting the league management team.

• Submitting the “Report an Incident” form available on our website.

• Emailing us at [your email address].

• Approaching the designated Anti-Racism Officer during matches.

All reports will be addressed with confidentiality, urgency, and seriousness.

Education and Inclusion

We believe that education is the foundation for change. Through workshops, awareness campaigns, and community programs, we aim to:
