1. Eligibility Criteria

• Players must meet the age requirements specified in the tournament rules.

• Participants should be physically fit and free from conditions that may affect performance or safety.

• Each player can represent only one team; dual registration is not permitted.

• All participants must agree to follow the league’s rules and Code of Conduct.

2. Registration Process

• All sections of the registration form must be filled accurately with valid details.

• Required documents such as ID proof, age certificate (if applicable), and recent player photographs must be uploaded.

• Incomplete or false submissions may result in cancellation without refund.

3. Registration Fees

• A non-refundable registration fee (as specified on the registration page) must be paid to confirm participation.

• Payments must be made through approved online payment methods only.

• Cash payments will not be accepted unless specifically announced by the organizing committee.

4. Team Registration

• Teams must have at least the minimum number of players as mentioned in the tournament guidelines.

• Team captains are responsible for providing correct team details and coordinating with the organizers.

• Once registered, player transfers or replacements are not permitted without prior approval.

5. Deadlines

• Registrations must be completed before the official deadline.

• Late entries will not be accepted unless the league organizers extend the deadline.

6. Confirmation of Registration

• After successful submission of the registration form and payment, participants will receive a confirmation email at their registered email address.

• This confirmation is proof of registration and must be retained for verification purposes.

7. Changes and Cancellations

• Any request for changes in registration details (e.g., player name, team info) must be submitted in writing and is subject to approval.

• Registration fees are non-refundable, even in cases of cancellation by the player or team.

8. Disqualification

• Providing false details or fake documents will lead to immediate disqualification without refund.

• Any misconduct or violation of HCL rules may also result in suspension or expulsion from the tournament.

9. Health and Safety

• All participants are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to play.

• The league will not be held liable for injuries or health issues arising during participation.
