Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Hindustan Cricket League (HCL), we strive to ensure a smooth registration and participation process for all players. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the rules regarding cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling for trials, tournaments, and camps.


1. Registration Cancellation

  • Players may request cancellation of their registration by contacting HCL via email or phone.

  • All cancellation requests must include the registered player’s name, age category, and registration ID.


2. Refund Policy

  • Non-Refundable Fees: Registration and participation fees are generally non-refundable, as they cover administrative costs, coaching, kits, and event arrangements.

  • Event Cancellation by HCL: In case HCL cancels a trial, match, or tournament due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, safety concerns, or force majeure), players will receive a full refund of registration fees.

  • Partial Refunds: No partial refunds will be provided if a player decides to withdraw after registration or after attending trials.


3. Rescheduling & Transfers

  • Players who cannot attend the registered trial or match may request rescheduling, subject to available slots and HCL’s approval.

  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled event.

  • Transfers of registration to another player are not allowed.


4. Payment Disputes

  • HCL is not responsible for delays or issues arising from banks, payment gateways, or third-party services.

  • Players should ensure that the correct payment method and details are used during registration.
