To ensure smooth participation in the Hindustan Cricket League (HCL) Selection Trials, all registered players are required to submit the following documents both physically at the trial venue and via email at:

1. Proof of Date of Birth

• Issued by a municipal corporation/competent government authority

• Or certificate from school/educational board with clear mention of DOB

2. Payment Receipt

• Confirmation of trial/registration fee payment

3. Recent Passport-Size Photograph

• Clear, front-facing, latest colored photograph

4. Valid ID Proof (any one of the following)

• Aadhar Card

• School ID Card

• Passport

• Driving License (DL)

5. Contact Number

• Active mobile number for communication

6. Residential Address with Pin Code

• Complete and accurate address details

⚠️ Important Notes

• Participants who fail to submit any of the above documents will not be allowed to take part in the selection trials.

• Make sure to carry hard copies of all required documents to the trial venue and email scanned copies in advance.

• If there is any discrepancy between the date of birth provided in the registration form and the submitted proof, your entry will be immediately disqualified, and the registration fee will be forfeited.
